Are we a turnkey real estate investment company?
First you need to know the difference from a turnkey system and a turnkey company. First of all we are not a turnkey company or a "one-stop-shop" There are other choices for real estate investing in Memphis. Some companies tout that they do it all for you. We actually tried that approach several years ago and found out it doesn't work. Why? You will receive detailed quotes, draw schedules, photos, and clear and frequent communication and updates from local contracting experts.

During the process you will have a suite of experienced property management firms in which to choose from. These firms are often experts in specific sub markets of the city. Additionally real estate investors that have purchased from us before like having choices in management firms.

Everything from the closing to the property management will be orchestrated for your by professionals within their respected fields. It will be your option to use the resources within the cohesive team we have built. This allows us to locate and sell properties at very attractive prices because your calls and communication isn't being blurred with the maintenance calls on another investors property.
